How it works – 3-week Beginner Livestream Posing Course
COURSE DATES:
START NOW WITH MY ONLINE POSING VIDEOS + SEND YOUR FIRST CHECK IN VIDEO BEFORE the course starts.
- COURSE DATES: 3x Tuesdays @7pm UK time (2pm EST) – 1.5hrs:

Covering everything for the complete beginner or the experienced poser: ¼ turns/ ½ turns, T-walk/I-walk, walking, Q & A + talk covering how to choose the correct show for you, what the judges are looking for, choosing the right shoes, bikini, accessories, stage tan, what to expect on show day, and more info for a complete beginner to help you smash your 1st show.
- Audrey will assign specific videos to practice with from her online members video library (included with this package) so she is with you 24/7
- You do not need to be in contest shape to pose
How it works – 3x Video Check-ins:
- During the course send Audrey a video of your assigned posing practice homework and receive back posing corrections and advice from Audrey via Whatsap.
- The Whatsap ap is a free ap in the ap store on your smart phone with which you can send videos, text and voice notes for free.
- After reviewing your 1st video, Audrey will choose for you from her online videos which specific videos to practice with before the course– tailored and tweaked with extra instructions for your unique body and always for your chosen federation.
- Audrey will choose the most flattering poses for your body shape (to hide flaws and accentuate your assets for total body symmetry) and for your chosen federation.
